Rules

  • Co-operation between Parents and School Authorities is of a paramount importance for the ultimate achievement of the school’s objectives in the education of our pupils. It is essential
    that the parents carry out their responsibilities as joint Educators with the school Authorities. They should also take a keen interest in every aspect of the School Curriculum. The attendance of all the parents at school functions would be deeply appreciated by the school authorities.
  • It is the duty of parents to see that their children come punctually to school also clean and neatly dressed.
  • Parents are informed that occasional reports from teachers are conventionally made in the school calendar . They are obliged to sign them as proof that they have read them.
  • Parents are particularly expected to sign, The monthly reports or any other similar documents when so requested. Failure to do so may put their children to great incontinence. They should also keep an eye on the attendance report.
  • Parents and Guardians are specially are requested to notify the school Authority of any change in the address or telephone numbers.
  • When communicating with, Principal, Parents and Guardians are requested to state the letters the Standard division in which the children are studying.
  • Parents should check the absence and late attendance record in the school calendar.
  • Parents Guardians are requested to interact with the teacher on the “Open Day ” fixed by the School Authorities as regards their children’s progress in studies.
  • Parents or tiffin carriers should not enter the school building during the Recesses Break.
  • The school will not be responsible for goods, money or books lost by the students. All articles belonging to a child should be marked by the child’s full name.
  • Criticism of child’s teacher or his school in the child’s presence should be avoided because it causes the student to be lose her/his respect for the teacher with the consequent failure to learn from them.
  • Parents guardians, es-students or other persons or forbidden to go to classes to see the children or interview their teacher during school ours, without the sanction of the Principal.
  • The members of staff should be seen in their free periods by previous appointment in the parlour (staff room ) of school and not in the class-room.
  • Parents must help the school in its growth and progress. They should not cause any damage to the school. Complaints and suggestions must be made writing to the Principal.
  • Great stress is laid on punctuality, regularity attendance and discipline. Absence without prior permission on the first day of class, after any vacation , is considered as serious offence. New admission are liable to lose their seats, if they fail to report within a week after the school re-opens in June.
  • The School pays much emphasis on character formation, as well as excellence in all school subjects.
  • Students are not supported to carry any valuable articles such as mobile etc. in the school
    premises as well as during picnic / campus.

Admission

  • New admission will be made, Subject to the vacancies. No correspondence will be entertained regarding admission.
  • Parents and guardians are given to understand that they will not be dictate term and conditions to the management and that the management has the right to admit or refuse admission to the pupils in the school.
  • Admission from an unrecognized school shall not be made on the strength of a leaving certificate. Applicants for admission from unrecognized school shall on affidavit being made by the Parent/ Guardian before a magistrate be subject to a regular written test in all the subjects and admitted provisionally to the Std. for which they are found fit, subject to confirmation by the Educational Inspector.
  • A candidate who joins fresh from home or from a private school hat to produce an official Birth
    Certificate Such as the Municipal of Baptism Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
  • If the candidate comes from a school outside the state of Maharashtra, Leaving certificate must be countersigned by the educational officer of the division in which the school is situated.
  • Falling to do so, admission of the pupil stands liable for cancellation.

Withdrawals

  • A month’s notice is to given before the withdrawal of a pupil or the fees will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by a person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself. Those who leave in April must pay the fees for May.
  • If the name of pupil, who has been absent, has been entered in the register for the following month , fees for that month is due, even if the absence continues.
  • No School Leaving Certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
